REFUND POLICIES

GHM does not refund credits to your credit card except for items delivered by mistake. All credits and refund amounts will be credited to your GHM Client’s account and automatically applied to your next order. 

MedAlliesWorld GHM applies the best efforts aiming to satisfy all clients and partners. However, a number of items listed in our catalog may still be mispriced by error or not available for shipping on time by the manufacturer/supplier. If we discover a discrepancy related to pricing or availability prior or after charging your credit card, we will contact you for instruction giving you the options to either adjust the price, update the delivery schedule or to cancel your order for a full refund. Prices are subject to change without notice.
