SHIPPING & RETURNS

GHM Depot-US ships exclusively across continental United States.  All special shipping discounts apply to orders shipped to business addresses only. GHM’s shipping contractors may apply different shipping rate for shipments addressed to residential locations and any such rate increase will be added to the invoice prior to shipping. Items that require special handling due to their size, weight, or both will result in additional charges when we process your order.  We will notify you, if necessary, regarding adjustments to your shipping costs via a phone call or email. Shipping rates are subject to change without notice. 

You may return new and unopened items within 15 days of delivery for a refund minus a 20% restocking fee (except any item processed as a special order). Items should be returned in their original package. GHM will not accept returns for merchandise that has been opened, used, is missing the serial number or UPC, or is returned after 15 days from the date of delivery.  To process your return or exchange, please call customer service by telephone or send an email to register your request. You will receive a return label by mail and only such label is acceptable for approved returns and exchanges.  Any merchandise returned to GHM without notification and appropriate labels from customer service will not be eligible for refund or exchange. GHM will refund the cost and pay the shipping cost for items delivered in error by GHM and for items proven to be defective at the time of sales.
